Expedition One is thrilled to announce our all-new 2020+ Land Rover Defender product line. This product line includes a front winch bumper, rear bumper,  optional Smooth Motion Tire Carrier system, and an ultra roof rack. These products are the perfect combination of form and function that will take your Defender to the next level.

Our bumpers are designed to work with the factory park sensors, front and rear cameras, blind spot monitors, backup camera washer, and factory recovery points. The bumpers are comprised of 3/16″ steel each with two 1″ thick recovery shackle mounts. 

The Expedition One front winch bumper gives you options when it comes to lighting. You can use your factory fog lights or opt for aftermarket 3″ square lights. It’s finished with our premium powder coating that includes sandblasting and multi-stage processing.

The Expedition One front winch bumper also comes with an integrated winch mount and an aluminum skid plate for maximum protection. And if you’re looking for additional protection, you can choose from two hoop options – a stylish center hoop or XD wrap-around bullbar.

 Next up is the Expedition One rear bumper and signature Smooth Motion Tire Carrier system.

Crafted from high-quality materials and featuring our premium powder coating, this rear bumper is built to last. Comprised of 3/16″ steel, it provides the ultimate protection for your vehicle. The light ports for 2″ square lights ensure maximum rear visibility on any adventure and can be integrated into the factory rear fog light switch.  The two, 1″ thick recovery shackle mounts are welded inside and out and are tied into the internal structure for maximum strength to make it easy to pull your vehicle out of any tricky situation.

The Expedition One rear bumper and Smooth Motion Tire Carrier system is designed to work seamlessly with the factory park sensors, blind spot monitors, backup camera, backup camera washer, and factory recovery points. You won’t have to worry about sacrificing any of these features for the sake of upgrading your vehicle’s rear bumper.

And for those who like to carry a spare tire with them on their adventures, the optional Smooth Motion Tire Carrier system is the perfect addition. Made from and 3/16”  steel and built with a heavy duty boxed structure, this carrier ensures your spare tire stays securely in place, even on the roughest terrain and allows you to carry up to a 35” spare tire. Expedition One boasts the largest carrier hinge on the market with a 3.25” outer diameter.

The Ultra Roof Rack is made of high-quality materials, including 1/8″ aluminum and proprietary HD extruded aluminum load bars. It comes standard with 5 load bars, with the option to add 2 more bars for a total of 7. The rack also features a textured black powder coat finish, providing durability and corrosion resistance.

Designed to be versatile, the Ultra Roof Rack is compatible with roof-top tents, traction boards, and other overland gear.  The rack is engineered to work with the OEM side ladder and OEM side mount utility box, allowing for easy access to the roof.

The Ultra Roof Rack has an optional light bar cutout and will not obstruct the rearview mirror camera. It works seamlessly with the factory sunroof, providing a clear and unobstructed view. The rack mounts to factory rails, making installation quick and easy with no drilling required.
